Visiting Holiday House

Please come visit us any time during office hours!  We love to show off our facility, but we do recommend scheduling tours during the summer and other holiday seasons to ensure staff availability.

Medical Boarding

Our staff members are trained to care for animals with medical conditions requiring specialized treatments, such as injectable medications.  Please discuss your pet’s special needs when making a reservation.

Ideally, vaccines should be administered at least two weeks prior to boarding.  Please supply vaccine records or titer documentation. 

Arrival/Departure/Checkout Time

Pets may arrive and depart at any time during office hours, but we would prefer arrival at least one hour before closing.  There is always a charge for the day of arrival; pets that depart before 1pm are not charged for the day of departure.

Meals

We feed our guests Iams premium foods up to twice daily.  Dogs can select from adult, puppy, or senior dry or canned foods.  Cats have a choice of adult dry or canned food.  You may bring your pet's regular food if you are feeding a different brand and do not wish to substitute.  Please bring any food or treats from home in a hard, closed, re-sealable container.  Please limit your pet's food intake on the day of admission as the excitement of arrival and heavy meals are not a good mix.  Similarly, we recommend you do not feed your pet for an hour or two after he or she arrives home from Holiday House.

Cookie Time is eagerly anticipated every afternoon by our boarders.  It gives our guests a break before resuming their busy schedules.  Please let us know if your pet is watching his or her figure or has dietary restrictions.  Complimentary, all guests
